Your car is parked outside on your private parking lot all year round and is exposed to the weather without protection. But now there is a protective solution: no matter if summer, winter, spring or autumn, our hail protection cover Hybrid UV Protect made of innovative materials offers you the necessary security to cover your car safely and to leave it outside in any weather.
Quality at the highest level
The hail protection cover Hybrid UV Protect is made of specially developed hybrid foam and a high-quality 3-layer UV protection membrane to provide optimum protection against hail and other weather influences. In total the cover has a thickness of about 8 mm, whereof the special hybrid foam accounts for ca. 7 mm. The material has been subjected to a weathering test for over 500 hours and can therefore protect your car all year round. Nevertheless, long-term use is only recommended if the hail protection membrane is removed and dried after each hail event. This is the only way to prevent the formation of moisture under the cover. In addition, reflective edge bindings and 4 reflectors ensure increased visibility of the parked and covered vehicle.
Easy mounting
The hail protection cover Hybrid UV Protect is very easy to mount due to elastic seams. It is attached to the underside of the car by two snap fasteners. In addition, a strap set is included to fix the cover even more in case of a strong storm. Mount the hail protection cover Hybrid UV Protect only on parked vehicles on non-public traffic areas. A practical storage bag allows space-saving stowage. Please note that condensation and moisture can form under the cover if it rains heavily for a long time and the air is very damp or the ground very wet. Condensation can also form under the cover when temperatures fluctuate strongly. This happens regardless of whether the cover is waterproof or not. It is therefore all the more important to regularly remove the protector cover from the car and ventilate and dry it.

Gut verarbeitet. Unkompliziert aber etwas zeitaufwendig anzubringen.
Bei XL ist der Schaumstoffteil für einen Mondeo 4 oder 5 Turnier relativ knapp. XXL ist leicht lang genug, eher zu lang. Bisher zweimal montiert. Dauert alleine eine Viertelsunde bis alle Gurte fest sitzen. Wobei da noch kein Wind wehen darf. Ob und wie sehr sie gegen Hagel hilft, musste sie bisher zum Glück noch nicht beweisen.

sieht gut aus, aber ob die Hagelschutzdecke was taugt, werden wir sehen
da es sich hier um eine Hagelschutzdecke für das Auto handelt, kann ich den Artikel erst nach einem allfälligen Einsatz, also nach einem kräftigen Hagelschlag bewerten.

Gut, aber noch etwas Luft nach oben
Qualität und Leistung stimmen, doch ist die Passform für einen BMW 428 Cabrio eher etwas zu kurz, auch der Sitz auf dem Auto ist nicht optimal. Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1)"Ohren"-Taschen an den Seitenspiegeln vorsehen, damit der Sitz besser ist 2) 4 Gurte auf Höhe der Räder zur Befestigung vorsehen. Die 2 Unterzüge lassen sich nur schwer verwenden, insbesondere wenn es nass/dreckig und das Auto nicht von allen Seiten zugänglich ist (z.B. Stand an einer Mauer)

Ich habe die Plane am 21.10.2021, online bestellt, Lieferung und auch der telef. Service waren sehr gut. Ware schnell angekommen. Ist schon in Verwendung, heute ist der 1. Schnee gefallen und die Plane hält was sie verspricht. Fazit: Bin sehr zufrieden, danke liebes Walser Team!

Teilweiser Hagelschutz
Die Plane ist gut. Leider wird bei Hagelschlag nur von oben von vorne und hinten geschützt. Die Seitenflächen sind nicht Hagelgeschuetzt, weil dort die Plane sehr dünn ist!
